  • The fare must be paid in cash or by card directly to our driver. The following cards are accepted: Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, and NFC payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
  • In case of flight or train delays, please contact us via the hotline +43(0)699 13030001.
  • Pick-up times will be provided after the order and must be adhered to promptly, as otherwise we may not be able to reach your means of transport in time.
  • I acknowledge that ordered services which are not used must still be paid for.
  • Winter high season Nassfeld (shared transfer): 24.12.2023 – 01.04.2024.
  • Wheelchair transport is possible; please note this under “special requests.”
